DELIVERY

 

HOW LONG MY ORDER WILL BE SENT AFTER PLACED?

Please allow 3 working days for handling your order. And we will try to ship your package as soon as possible.

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a notification email from us when your order is shipped.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, on “my account” page, you can see the tracking number of your order. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Tracking” link in the footer – information section. And you should receive the notification email about your shipping information, when your order is shipped from our center.

 

WHY MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT VALID?

The tracking number might be unavailable until a few days after dispatch. If your tracking number is still invalid or error after few days, please contact our customer service via email.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Standard deliveries take 6 to 14 working days.

 

IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package did not arrive after 21 days, please contact carrier or contact us via email. We will work together with the customer until there is a positive solution.

 

RETURNS

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. And you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. But, please remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN?

The shipping cost and handling fee of returning the item to us are your responsibility.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM(S)?

All returns must be made within 7 days after you received your order.
